Why can't I access your website? ING Bank's Internet Banking website requires browser versions 4.1+. However, some older versions are not able to access our
secure banking site because they lack the updated certificate authority information. Unfortunately these older browsers don't
contain the latest security features and will not allow access to our site. The best thing to do is to download the latest
version of your browser. This way you can access our site and other secure sites on the Internet. Click here and we will show you how to do it.

Why can't I print my statements from Netscape? Some of our clients have been printing off screens to capture statements or to record confirmation numbers. This is a problem
when using Netscape. The Netscape browser may view a request to print as an unsecure transaction. This downside demonstrates
the promise of an extremely secure transactional site but may cause an inconvenience.
